Hospital Payroll Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team at Prime Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, train, and support the Lawson Payroll modules.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support functions.
- Perform complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital business operations.
- Act as a mentor to other team members.
- Partner with Payroll Directors to analyze work process designs and improvements.
- Assist subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows.
- Support Payroll upgrades, patches, and other technical projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of Payroll experience, with a strong understanding of hospital business operations and structure.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong knowledge of Lawson modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, ESS, MSS, Crystal Report Writing, and Add-ins.
- Proven experience in Payroll processing, with a strong understanding of pay practices, pay codes, deductions codes, and union dues.
- Experience with Lawson HCM system full cycle implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Kronos or JBDev time clocking system.
- Knowledge of developing interfaces with third-party vendors.
- Experience in integrating Lawson Payroll modules with other Lawson modules, like Finance.
- Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies.

- Reasonable compensation estimate: $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 annually.
