About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Pavilion team on a part-time basis, working nights. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability for the provision of patient care for assigned patients.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy service standards.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
  • Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • One year of RN experience preferred.
