Job Description: Audit Intern

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our Audit Services team as an Audit Intern. As an Audit Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced auditors and gain valuable skills and knowledge in financial statement audits.

  • Conduct financial statement audits and serve the capital markets
  • Prepare clear and well-structured audit documentation
  • Execute and document testing of client controls and financial statement account balances
  • Support the execution of a high-quality audit through the performance of assigned tasks and professional client and engagement team interactions
  • Use Data and Analytics (D&A) in the audit, including data extraction and analysis

You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • Data and analytics
  • Technical accounting and financial reporting standards
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Accounting or equivalent program
  • Pursuing educational requirements for CPA licensure
  • Have a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Coursework or minor in information systems, software engineering, computer science or data and analytics preferred
