Sanitation Technician Job Description

At Minerva Dairy Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results required for safe and quality products
  • Execute a predetermined plan to maintain and improve the safety and quality of the facility
  • Coordinate strategy with the management team to ensure compliance
  • Monitor automated washing procedures, chemical testing, and tear-down and inspection
  • Verify proper skid labeling, monitor tare weight at scales, and monitor sell by dates
  • Maintain clean processing areas and oversee process and sampling production
  • Review nightly sanitation report and file, and monitor GMP's properly followed throughout the plant
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
  • Successful track record of delivering results
  • Food Safety is everyone's job
