Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Minerva Dairy Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sanitation Manager and Production Team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and address any sanitation or safety concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation and safety procedures to minimize waste and optimize production.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation-related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
