The Global Service Parts Planner will operate in a highly cross-functional team environment involving Supply Chain, Product Management, and Engineering. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop models, tools, and refine methodologies to assist in forecast generation and apply advanced supply chain analytics to resolve inefficiencies in demand forecasting processes.
  • Lead Demand Planning New Programs, overseeing and executing new forecasts in collaboration with the Analytics team and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage weekly communication and updates to senior leadership on progress, performance, and trends for new programs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics, with 5+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
