Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to members served, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with members served, promoting their recovery and well-being.
  • Collect and analyze data to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in crisis management and de-escalation techniques to ensure the safety of members served.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program and current licensure in the state of operation.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric illnesses and their treatment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
