About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our outpatient community mental health setting, primarily seeing adult patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical programs
We offer a competitive salary of $150 per hour, with the option to work a 35-hour week if preferred. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and great PTO and CME. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with a strong background in clinical leadership. You must also be eligible for a New Hampshire medical license and have a valid visa sponsorship if necessary.
