We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Holiday by Atria - Greenwood Terrace. As a valued member of our community, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments.

In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services, ensuring that all areas of the community are clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, such as hallways, patios, and dining rooms.
  • Provide deep cleaning services as needed, paying special attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
  • Launder linens and towels using company-approved laundry facilities.
Requirements
  • BASIC READING, WRITING, AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and residents.
  • General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
  • Basic computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $16.50/hour
