Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at ProCleared LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in leading the development of complex systems and solutions for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Government in providing requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the NSG, ASG and Federal Agencies.
  • Plan, analyze and trace user requirements, architectures, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review cloud service capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.
  • Advise the Government on proposed changes to solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology.
  • Capture and translate mission and customer requirements/needs into systems/capability requirements and solutions.
  • Support the analysis and allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs.
  • Perform systems integration activities and lead Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies and Engineering Assessments.
  • Provide expert advice to the Government in relating vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements and process and capability developments.
  • Lead the integration Maven across other Programs at NGA, the DIE and the IC.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • 18+ years of experience
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or 18+ years of experience in related technical or scientific fields
  • Demonstrated expert level working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or system engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated experience of systems engineering lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Systems Engineering or related technical or scientific fields
  • Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages
  • Software Development Framework certification
  • INCOSE Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification
  • Licensure as a professional engineer
  • Membership or leadership participation in professional organizations such as ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM or USGIF
