Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily bookkeeping activities, including documenting financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and managing general ledger entries.

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management's review.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

  • Support senior management with various financial projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally within a family office or high net worth context.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial information discreetly.
