Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated annual salary of $165,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) employer matching, paid parental leave, and adoption assistance. You will also enjoy up to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz Rental and participate in our employee assistance program.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Digital Transformation Specialist will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-volume and low-latency based applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, analyzing user requirements to define business objectives, envisioning system features and functionality, developing and testing software, identifying and resolving technical issues, creating detailed design documentation, proposing changes to current infrastructure, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, with 4-7 years of experience in the technology industry. Proficiency in one or more programming languages and common data structures / algorithms is essential, along with the ability to design systems of large complexity, act as a tech lead for projects end-to-end, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a learning mentality with a curiosity about new technologies.
