The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience, plus annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team in digitally transforming Hertz's tech stack. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume and low-latency applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver results
- Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
- Develop and test software applications
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during development

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and common data structures/algorithms
- Ability to design complex systems and act as a technical lead
- Strong communication and product sense skills
- Learning mentality with ability to pick up new skills as needed
