Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Automotive Technician to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify repair needs
  • Discuss repairs with shop foremen or service advisors to determine the best course of action
  • Provide labor estimates and communicate additional service requests to the Service Advisor
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience and/or training
  • Operator Driver's License
  • State Inspection License
  • Solid skills and strong work ethic
Benefits:
