As a Member Service Representative at Lawton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous member service. You will process accurate teller transactions, cross-sell credit union products and services, and serve as the front-line contact for members.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide exceptional member service by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Teller Transactions: Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Cross-Selling: Understand and cross-sell credit union products and services that meet the financial needs of members, while achieving individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with members by understanding their financial needs, providing personalized service, and making recommendations on credit union products and services.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures, including those related to member service, teller transactions, and cross-selling.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience: One year experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required. Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
