- Create engaging eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and other educational tools.
- Identify course learning outcomes and write learning objectives.
- Instructional Design:
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences.
- Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
- Ensure content is accessible, learning-centered, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems to deploy content.
- Technical Writing:
- Translate complex information into concise user-friendly content by writing clear instructions and explanations.

- Project Management:
- Collaborate as a learning designer on an AGILE Scrum team.
- Contribute to story point estimation and sprint planning meetings.

- Coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Problem Solving:
- Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment to resolve complex learning design and technical issues.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the team's work and project objectives.
- Coach and Mentor:
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on instructional design best practices.
- At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and/or learning consultation.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to make independent judgments as the job duties are varied and complex.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
- Ability to travel as needed.
