Job Description

The Campus Operations Manager is a crucial role within Christ Church, responsible for overseeing the coordination of the Sunday QK volunteer team. This includes recruiting, initial training, and maintaining the volunteer team to ensure seamless execution of children's services.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to empower and encourage team members to minister effectively in their areas of strength/gifting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting and recruiting potential team members
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned QK leaders' teams on Sundays
  • Overseeing assigned QK leaders' teams to guarantee efficient operations
  • Attending and contributing to Quest Kids meetings

A strong understanding of curriculum format and its models of application is essential for this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will be knowledgeable about classroom management and safety guidelines, ensuring all procedures and policies are enforced.

This position reports directly to the Director of Quest Kids and the Campus Director. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking a challenging and rewarding role within Christ Church.
