Responsibilities:

  • Dial for dollars and build rapport with clients
  • Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options

  • File loan applications and supporting documents

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a licensed loan officer taking and managing leads
  • Experience in Non-QM preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with financial and lending practices
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NMLS licensed
  • Cleared by background check
