Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that foster Jewish identity and values in children and youth.
  • Collaborate with the Program Staff team to design and deliver high-quality day camping programs and services.
  • Build relationships with community and families to cultivate partnerships and increase program participation.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the success of programs and services.
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff in a supervisory capacity to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote program growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in youth development and program management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in a related field or a master's degree with 2 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of three years of day camp management experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and camp management software.
