Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administering daily tasks, and ensuring product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely and efficient shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
  • Merchandising: Stock and merchandise products according to planograms to create an engaging and customer-friendly shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Shrink Awareness and Control: Identify and address any shrinkage or inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
