Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dining services department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and record food temperatures, inventory, and waste control
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in cooking or a related field, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • ServSafe certification a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents
