We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse to join our team in Houston, Texas.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs a Home Health Nurse with Interim Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care in patients' homes. This includes:
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans based on patients' needs and preferences
- Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to our RNs
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and services provided
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
- Updated PPD Test
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or home health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
