  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative when needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
