Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training and development of store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Provide guidance and support to store staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Price, stock, and face merchandise to ensure it is visually appealing and easy to find.
- Account for all shift and daily transactions accurately and ensure that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative when needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
