Management Trainee

Job Summary

The Andersons is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership development and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Conduct site visits and observations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and operational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a 24x7 ethanol production facility.
• Exposure to adverse weather conditions, dust, fumes, noise, and potentially hazardous material.
• Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Must be able to lift pounds frequently; some work performed in heights.
