We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Bartender to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the bar team, training new associates, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the bar team and train new associates to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Interact with guests, take orders, make cocktails, and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, including stocking with appropriate products and supplies.
- Exhibit knowledge of beverages, selling techniques, and service delivery to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Assist with planning and developing new drink menus and cocktail recipes.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Work collaboratively with management, bartenders, and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
- You have a passion for spirits, wine, and food.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- You are open to learning, developing, and growing both personally and professionally.
- You are trustworthy and have integrity.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Minimum one year of experience in bartending.
- Prior experience with micros or other systems.
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
