Lead Bartender, Alpenglow

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Bartender to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.

• Lead the bar team and provide guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and implement new drink menus and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests
• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and meeting their needs to create a memorable experience
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events and promotions
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar

We are looking for a motivated and experienced bartender who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You will have a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and food, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
