Job Description:Soliant Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Tyler, TX, for the upcoming school year. We have multiple openings across various schools within the district, providing a unique opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities.
- Provide consultation and training to staff and parents on speech and language development.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
