About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader of Spectrum & Belonging to join our team at Audible. As a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that our workplace is inclusive and welcoming for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion plans that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR, and other key partners to drive our S&B strategy and inform talent development roadmaps.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and inform decisions on how to achieve our objectives.
  • Regularly analyze and present data to highlight areas of strength and weakness, and provide consultative support to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement bespoke business plans in partnership with HR to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in each business unit.
  • Partner with corporate communications to build and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting S&B/D&I programs globally.
  • Serve as a thought partner with HR, Talent, Recruiting, and Business to lead and support the facilitation of related learning, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Proactively engage in the identification of diversity best practices and benchmarks to inform our initiatives and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Experience operating as a strategic global partner for leaders, defining and delivering diversity, inclusion, and equity strategies with significant business impact.
  • Ability to identify and surface risks/opportunities in org-level strategies and make trade-offs between business opportunity and risk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage metrics and data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
