Artwork Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Artwork to join our Packaging Graphics team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Marketing partners to develop and execute packaging design projects across our brands. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of artwork, while also advocating for best practices and process improvements.

• Act as the liaison for the artwork routing process, managing queries and addressing cross-functional team needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing partners to clear barriers and prioritize artwork based on business needs and deadlines.
• Monitor projects, capture quality issues, and improve the overall artwork process.
• Review color proofs, drawdowns, and final mechanical artwork.
• Ensure creative review and understanding of print production processes to effectively review artwork and address issues.
• Organize internal or external meetings for artwork issue resolution.

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience.
• Artwork project management experience required.
• Experience in packaging graphics design, adaptive design, and production.
• Working knowledge of packaging and commercial printing processes.
• Familiarity with automated artwork routing tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
