Daily responsibilities will encompass preventive maintenance services, thorough inspections of systems to ensure optimal functionality, test-driving vehicles, and providing insightful recommendations to Service Advisors.

Compensation: $15 - $19/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly
  • Identify and isolate systems or components that may have caused issues
  • Drive vehicles for testing purposes, inspecting and replenishing fluid levels as needed
  • Ensure proper tire pressure and perform cleaning and lubrication of fittings
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to team members
  • Maintain efficiency and precision in inspections and recommendations
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks
Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed instructions and inspection protocols
  • Effective analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Capability to grasp new technologies, repair methods, and service specifications
  • Experience operating electronic testing and inspection tools
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
