About the Role
TotalMed Case Management Staffing is a leading healthcare staffing agency seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Wisconsin.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Hospice RN to provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospice care principles, and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
This role will involve providing holistic care to patients with terminal illnesses, managing symptoms, and advocating for their needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have:
  • A valid RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Hospice RN
  • Strong knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
