Job Title: RN - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Viper Staffing Services L.L.C.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar organizations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients, including administering medications, changing dressings, and starting IVs.
  • Medication Management: Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, as well as monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on surgical procedures and post-surgery care.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical charts and health records.
