Financial Analyst Position

Motus Integrated Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing accurate product costs through collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development team in costing new business opportunities
  • Develop product costs through interaction with functional teams
  • Evaluate internal assumptions regarding manufacturing, engineering, and materials
  • Support capital planning through capacity and utilization verification
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of manufacturing capabilities through best business practices
  • Communicate financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical techniques
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of related financial analysis experience
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong background in Finance or Supply Chain
  • Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Authentic curiosity, proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
