Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

The Clean Team is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and recording financial data to ensure the company's compliance with government rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
* Manage sales tax administration
* Reconcile various general ledger accounts
* Ensure timely bank payments
* Assist in budget forecasts

Duties:

* Manage sales tax payments and filings
* Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
* Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
* Prepare check runs and process payments for all vendor invoices
* Work with vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Work with purchasing and operations on inventory transactions and purchase order activities
* Verify expense reports and querying invoices as necessary
* Perform monthly journal entries as required
* Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - preferred
* 1 to 5 years minimum experience - preferred
* Accounting knowledge and general ledger experience
