Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and manufacture aerospace components, including painting, soldering, wiring, and machining.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Operate various machinery and equipment, including scales, gauges, and rulers.
- Learn and apply specialized skills, such as soldering, to assemble complex components.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and safety rules.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 50 pounds.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.50-$24.50.
- A 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
