Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and manufacture aerospace components, including painting, soldering, wiring, and machining.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Operate various machinery and equipment, including scales, gauges, and rulers.
  • Learn and apply specialized skills, such as soldering, to assemble complex components.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and safety rules.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 50 pounds.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.50-$24.50.
  • A 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
