**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with the Director of F&B to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with company standards
* Hire, train, and develop a team of Line Cooks and Dishwashers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Oversee kitchen labor and food cost, maintaining a keen eye on budget and efficiency
* Prepare and present high-quality food that meets our culinary standards

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or degree preferred
* Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Must hold a Manager's Food Handlers permit; Spectrum Retirement will facilitate this process
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, team members, and management
* Self-motivated, organized, and professional, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
