Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join our team at the National Guard Employment Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of operations and maintenance activities at our electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant in Stanton, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of operations and maintenance staff to ensure the smooth execution of contracted activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular management reports to the operations team and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety procedures and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Ability to program and operate Building Automation Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong focus on team management and development.
  • Ability to manage and train entry-level personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.
