We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Liaison to join our team at Community Medical Centers in Fresno, California. As a Psychiatric Liaison, you will play a vital role in coordinating the safe admission, transfer, and referral of patients experiencing psychiatric emergencies.

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health and hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Alternatively, an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with relevant experience is also acceptable.

A valid Registered Nurse license to practice within the state of California is required, along with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association. Additionally, certification in Fresno County 5150 is necessary within 90 days of hire or transfer into position.

As a Medical Liaison, you will be responsible for leading assessments and collaborating with law enforcement, families, friends, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. You will also have opportunities to participate in education programs, tuition reimbursement, and scholarships, enhancing your professional development and career growth.

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, plus time-and-a-half pay after 8 hours worked, weekend differential, and night differential.
