We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Leadership to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, efficient nursing care.
  • Supervises Nurse Practitioner, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Techs.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruits and hires a sufficient number of qualified nursing staff to deliver efficient resident care in accordance with the established staffing plan.
