We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Representative to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Surface Care: Clean and sanitize surfaces, including glass, mirrors, and windows.
  • Waste Removal: Empty trash and recycling bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Light Maintenance: Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets and rooms.
Requirements
  • Custodial Experience: Must have prior experience in custodial or janitorial services.
  • Pass a Background Check: Must pass an in-depth background check.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Shift and Compensation: Work a 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift, with a competitive hourly rate of $17.89.
