Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; ability to read and write; basic computer skills; and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
