Overview:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and assessing the care of patients assigned to them, in accordance with the established treatment protocols, nursing standards, and individual patient requirements.
The RN will develop a personalized care plan for each patient, ensuring both direct and indirect care is provided effectively.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or, if from an approved nursing institution, must possess two years of recent acute care hospital experience within the last three years.
Experience Requirements:
- One to two years of nursing experience is preferred. Newly licensed RNs are welcome to apply but may be required to undergo specialized training pertinent to the department.
Licensure and Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or Red Cross
- Any additional job-related certifications or licenses as specified in the detailed job description
