Position Overview

  • Engaging in operational tasks such as data collection, tracking, and analysis to support departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding the intricacies of plan benefit structures, psychiatric and medical terminology, as well as local communication resources is essential. For those supporting the Chronic Pain Management sector, familiarity with Chronic Pain Management guidelines and workflows is also required.
