BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to become a Clinical Manager in our Oahu Visits office in Honolulu, HI. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
  • Process incoming referrals and manage staff productivity.
  • Develop and mentor Clinical Associates and field staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB).
  • Monitor quality assurance and manage staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
  • Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
