Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at On Target Staffing Corporate Recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, vendor management, inventory control, and general administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support:
    • Assists in sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies
    • Prepares and processes purchase orders
  • Vendor Management:
    • Maintains strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
    • Evaluates vendor performance and pricing
  • Inventory Control:
    • Monitors stock levels and coordinates with warehouse staff
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manages incoming calls, emails, and other communications
    • Provides general administrative support to various departments
    • Maintains accurate records of purchases, contracts, and client files
    • Prepares shipping documents and commercial invoices
    • Coordinates facility maintenance and preventative maintenance
    • Organizes catering for client meetings
    • Arranges travel and lodging for installation teams
    • Plans and coordinates company events and meetings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or supply chain education preferred
  • Experience in purchasing and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a small to medium-sized corporate environment
  • Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
