Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $20.00 and $21.00, depending on the shift. Additionally, weekend differentials may apply up to $1.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, building relationships with residents and family members, and ensuring the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain patient composure
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement
