The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator to oversee the CPS SAVE Program. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve the CPS SAVE Program, including recruitment, training, and supervision of university student interns.
- Community Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with community partners, including elementary schools, to ensure the success of the program.
- Case Management: Provide guidance and support to student interns as they work with families to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for universities, CPS staff, and other external entities regarding the CPS SAVE Program.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
