Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a positive experience for end-users.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. In addition, they will be proficient in using various software applications and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via live chat.
  • Resolving technical issues related to enterprise software and hardware.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple chats concurrently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Location: Remote (flexible working hours).
