About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, evaluating customer needs, and making recommendations to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers in a retail location to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer service through all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store
  • Answer customer questions, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly
