Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Technician to join our team at Refresco North America. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for designing, programming, repairing, and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, program, and maintain PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments as needed.
  • Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment failure.
  • Maintain and upgrade production equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Three (3) plus years' experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Aptitude for further development of technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Use hands to handle, touch, and manipulate items.
  • Occasionally stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, twist, and walk.
  • Have vision abilities to include proximate vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
